Shaoxing cooking wine-rice wine 640ml

Jiafan wine is a type of Shaoxing rice wine. It is named "jiafan" because it adds glutinous rice or sticky rice during the brewing process. It is a semi-dry rice wine with an alcohol content of about 15% and a sugar content of between 0.5% and 3%. Jiafan wine is mellow and has a strong aroma. It is a famous product among Shaoxing aged wines.
