Old-fashioned plain noodles:
1. Bring water to a boil, add the thin noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
2. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half spoon of dark soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, fresh matsutake mushrooms, and pepper powder into a bowl, then add 1 spoon of noodle cooking water and mix well.
