  • We usually process orders placed that morning and the previous afternoon every weekday afternoon ;
  • Outside of working hours, on weekends and Swiss national holidays, YOYO Asia Shop does not process orders and DHL does not provide delivery services.

3. Description of abnormal situations during transportation

We will ensure that every package is intact when it is sent out, but the following special circumstances are uncontrollable events during transportation and the merchant is not responsible:

  1. Delivery delay : DHL Express usually delivers within 1-2 working days, but it may be late due to weather, traffic, holidays or system delays;
  2. Package lost / misdelivered / stolen : If the logistics status shows that the package has been signed for but the customer has not actually received it, it is recommended that you contact DHL customer service and the property management company to investigate as soon as possible. We can provide supporting documentation to assist in tracking within our capabilities;
  3. The package is damaged or unpacked abnormally : Please take photos as evidence when signing for it and refuse to accept it. If you find it after signing for it, please take photos of the scene as soon as possible and contact YOYO customer service.

We will cooperate with users to communicate with the express company, but we are not directly responsible for any abnormal incidents that occur during the above transportation process.


IV. Special instructions for fresh meat and vegetable delivery

In order to provide you with the freshest ingredients, all meat and some vegetables in our store are pre-ordered, and the delivery schedule is slightly different from other products. Please read the following carefully before booking:

The fresh meat delivery system is as follows:

  1. Meat pre-orders start at 8am every Saturday and end at 10pm on Sunday. After the order is closed on Sunday night, we will place an order with the meat processing plant. Customers usually receive meat products between Wednesday and Friday (due to changes in the preparation time of the meat processing plant).

  2. According to the Swiss Food Safety Authority regulations, fixed meats such as poultry cannot be shipped fresh and can only be shipped after quick freezing, but we guarantee that the ingredients are absolutely fresh.

  3. Free shipping within Switzerland for orders over 79CHF. Can be ordered together with other products in this store.

  4. Please freeze or refrigerate the food immediately after receiving it. Slight thawing may occur during transportation, which will not affect the quality of the food. If severe thawing occurs, please contact customer service within 1 hour after receiving the food.

Vegetable Delivery Instructions:

  1. In order to maintain the quality and freshness of some perishable vegetables such as green leafy vegetables, if there are vegetable products on the shelves, vegetable pre-orders will be opened at 8 am every Saturday and closed at 10 pm on Sunday. Customers usually receive vegetable products between Tuesday and Thursday. If the same order includes both meat and vegetables, they will receive both meat and vegetables from Wednesday to Friday.

  2. During hot weather or peak transportation periods, vegetables may lose slight water, which should not affect their eating quality.

  3. Please consume the vegetables as soon as possible after receiving them or keep them properly refrigerated.
