Hot Pot Dipping Sauce:
Put 1 spoon of minced garlic, 1 spoon of chopped green onion, 1 spoon of sesame, 1 spoon of chili powder, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar, 2 spoons of water in a bowl and mix well. Add coriander and chili pepper and mix well. If you don't like spicy food, don't add chili pepper.
