Tomato Beef Udon:
1. Add oil to a hot pan, fry the tomatoes until soft, then add 1 spoon of soy sauce + 1 spoon of tomato sauce + a little sugar to make a thick soup base.
2. Bring water to a boil, add udon noodles and cook for 3 minutes, then add beef and enoki mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
If you don’t have time, buy packaged tomato concentrate and skip the step of cooking the soup base.
