Use fresh matsutake mushrooms to make soup base. When the water is boiling, add appropriate amount of fresh matsutake mushrooms, and put wontons and seaweed in. After the wontons float, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper.
Finally, sprinkle with cilantro and chopped green onions.
If possible, sprinkle some dried shrimps.
