Ingredients

Water, wheat flour, caramel, soybeans, salt, flavoring agent E621, soy flour, emulsifier E475, preservative E202, thickener E415, malt extract, sweetener E960, spice extract.

Storage recommendations

Please refrigerate after opening and consume within a short period of time.

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the diced meat until it changes color.
2. Add onion, carrot and potato and stir-fry.
3. Add 2-3 spoons of fried bean paste and stir well.
4. Add 200ml water and a little sugar, simmer over low heat until thickened.
5. Meanwhile, cook noodles and drain.
6. Pour the sauce over the noodles and serve with shredded cucumber.

2. Zwiebel, Karotte and Kartoffel dazugeben, mitbraten.
3. 2–3 EL Schwarze-Bohnen-Paste einrühren.
4. 200 ml Wasser and etwas Zucker zugeben, köcheln bis die Sauce dick ist.
5. Nudeln kochen and abtropfen lassen.
6. Sauce über die Nudeln geben, mit Gurkenstreifen servieren.
