Pickled fish:
No time version: Open the sauerkraut fish seasoning packet, add water to boil and cook the fish fillet in. A must-have for lazy people.
Refined version:
1. Thaw the frozen fish at room temperature (Pangasius filet sold in stores), slice the fish, add salt and pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger, garlic and sauerkraut, then add water to cook out the sour aroma.
3. After the water boils, add the fish fillets, stir-fry over medium heat and cook until they turn white.
4. Heat oil in another pan, sauté minced garlic, dried chili peppers and Sichuan peppercorns, then pour over the surface of the fish fillets.
