Red bean sago (rice cooker lazy version):

Ingredients:

  • 100g red beans (soaked in water in advance)
  • 50g tapioca pearls
  • 200ml milk (or coconut milk/soy milk)
  • Rock sugar/sugar (optional)

practice:

  1. Soak red beans in water for 2 hours in advance.
  2. Pour red beans and tapioca pearls into the pot and add hot water.
  3. Stir the non-stick pan and start the "cooking button" or simmer over medium-low heat.
  4. Cook until the red beans are soft and the tapioca pearls are transparent (you can add water and continue cooking).
  5. Pour in milk, stir well and enjoy.
