Red bean sago (rice cooker lazy version):
Ingredients:
- 100g red beans (soaked in water in advance)
- 50g tapioca pearls
- 200ml milk (or coconut milk/soy milk)
- Rock sugar/sugar (optional)
practice:
- Soak red beans in water for 2 hours in advance.
- Pour red beans and tapioca pearls into the pot and add hot water.
- Stir the non-stick pan and start the "cooking button" or simmer over medium-low heat.
- Cook until the red beans are soft and the tapioca pearls are transparent (you can add water and continue cooking).
- Pour in milk, stir well and enjoy.
