Summer Coconut Milk Mango Sago Dessert:

Ingredients:

• 40g tapioca pearls
• 1 mango
• Coconut milk or coconut drink 200ml
• 50ml milk/evaporated milk (optional)
• Condensed milk/honey (for sweetening)

practice:

1. Boil the tapioca pearls in cold water for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. When it becomes transparent, remove from the heat and rinse with cold water for later use.
2. Dice or puree the mango (it is recommended to leave some for hand-cutting for a better grainy texture).
3. Mix tapioca pearls + coconut milk + diced mango/purée + milk, and add condensed milk or honey for sweetening.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and it will be refreshing and delicious!
