Summer Coconut Milk Mango Sago:

Ingredients:

• 40g tapioca pearls
• 1 mango
• 200ml coconut milk or coconut drink
• 50ml milk/evaporated milk (optional)
• Condensed milk/honey (for sweetening) as needed

practice:

1. Boil the tapioca pearls in cold water for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. When the tapioca pearls become transparent, remove from the heat and rinse with cold water for later use.
2. Dice or puree the mango (it is recommended to leave some for hand-cutting for a better graininess).
3. Combine tapioca pearls, coconut milk, diced mango, or pureed mango with milk, and sweeten with condensed milk or honey.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and it's refreshing and delicious!
