Korean low-calorie buckwheat cold noodles

Ingredients:

• buckwheat noodles
• Cucumber shreds, tomatoes, apple slices, eggs
• Cooked beef slices
• Kimchi, ice cubes, white sesame seeds

Cold noodle soup (1 serving):

• 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Korean chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• half a bowl of water

practice:

1. Cook the buckwheat noodles, rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. Prepare the cold noodle soup
3. Prepare side dishes: shred cucumber, slice tomato, boil eggs for 6-7 minutes and cut in half, and slice beef.
